This newly created position is for 38 hours per week and is paid at the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services award Level 4 with salary sacrifice available.

Zillmere Family Accommodation Program provides short term supported accommodation to families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. We are seeking a skilled worker experienced in the provision of tenancy and property management with the necessary skills to also deliver tenancy education. The Property and Tenancy Officer will work collaboratively within the Zillmere Family Accommodation Program team to provide high-quality housing services to vulnerable families with complex needs

Experience in housing, homelessness or community services sector and a clearly defined practice framework that incorporates strength-based and social justice perspectives will be highly regarded
