  • CSS Level 3 from $73k – 79k pro rate depending on skills and experience
  • Based at Central Intake, Fairfield

The State Performance Analyst is a valued member of the Victorian team, who in collaboration with the other service managers will be critical in providing a seamless flow of information throughout services and programs, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

This role calls on you to have a thorough understanding of information management, the application and use of Consumer Data Systems (data bases) and the ability to provide detailed reporting including both activity and outcome-based data. Experience developing and facilitating training of Consumer Data Systems (CDS) to end users will be advantageous. This role will support both service specific, service streams and overall Victorian operations, with the end user being paramount (both internal and external). The State Performance Analyst will have demonstrated experience in a similar role at a senior level and be equipped with proven administrative management skills to resource and support this role.

Core duties:

  • Support the establishment of new services, new reporting specifications, outcome-based reporting and analysis/evaluation
  • Support the development of data orientation material and training for new staff, contractors and partners in line with contractual obligations, compliance and KPI’s
  • Provide support to Regional Managers and Service Managers to ensure all data compliance activities are implementation across program area/s.
  • Be the initial point of contact and interface with head office for state-based data and reporting queries,
  • Escalating and working to resolve areas of data concerns raised by internal and external staff, organisations and partners through pro-active and reactive data management support
  • Working closely with Regional Managers, prepare regular scheduled reporting across areas of responsibility ensuring feedback to relevant stakeholders is provided

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in a similar role at a senior level within a mental health organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in data and reporting based planning, implementation, analysis and problem solving
  • Strong computer literacy including advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and the establishment of databases
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to consumer rights and their active participation in mental health services and an understanding of the quality, safety and compliance issues related to the provision of support services to people with psychosocial disabilities either living in the community or as a consumer of a Neami residential service
  • Demonstrates integrity and credibility, and fosters open honest communication
  • Demonstrates commitment to the organisation and its values
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Victorian service locations as needed
  • Ability to engage a diverse range of people across diverse service area
  • Produces new ideas, approaches or insights from a ‘whole of system’ perspective

Mandatory requirements:

  • Neami National will require, as part of our condition of employment, that all candidates applying for any position must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (or have received one dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and have a scheduled appointment to receive their second dose.)
