The SA Regional Manager – Complex Needs oversees psychosocial and mental health services delivery in sectors outside of the mental health system. This portfolio currently includes operations and leadership within the homelessness sector.

The role is a senior leadership position directly reporting to the State Manager and working together with the SA Regional Manager and State Leadership teams in ensuring great consumer experience, effective partnership and collaboration, delivering and exceeding funder expectations and influencing better outcomes for consumers. The Regional Manager is responsible for leading a positive service delivery work culture and supporting Service Managers to lead service delivery staff in the delivery of high-quality services.

The Regional Manager ensures services are delivered in line with Neami policy and that service developments are carried out in a consistent, timely and efficient manner. The Regional Manager actively supports their teams to deliver quality services in line with Neami’s values, while maintaining local area partnerships. The role also promotes and fosters a culture that supports Neami’s mission and vision.

About the Role

  • Manage and develop South Australian programs that assist people with complex needs, including within the homelessness sector (e.g. Street to Home)
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with Neami policy
  • Mental health, case management and homelessness sector backgrounds are preferred
  • Maximum term (maternity backfill) contract until 10 June 2021
