The Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Worker will undertake support coordination with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers within the Head to Health Program in Townsville.
This position contributes to the understanding of the wellbeing needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers and will work within the team to assist with the development and delivery of SEWB support and cultural awareness and knowledge.
You will provide culturally appropriate responses with the supervision of the Clinical staff ensuring that this targeted group of individuals are supported.
