About the Role

  • Full Time, Maximum Term Contract until 30 June 2022
  • CSD Level 5 from $91,772 - $95,835 pa + super + salary packaging

The Service Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and further development of the programs based at Neami Nepean-Penrith. The Service Manager will work collaboratively with partners to improve and develop the overall service response to people living with a mental illness within our community. The Manager will also undertake a key role in service development, including ongoing evaluation and review of service outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and mentor your team
  • Initiate, lead and coordinate strategic community partnerships to improve health and wellbeing outcomes
  • Play a key role in service development, including ongoing evaluation and review of service outcomes

About You

Our ideal candidate will have broad experience in the delivery of mental health support services and the ability to inspire, motivate and coach staff to deliver these. We seek an enthusiastic and positive person to provide practice guidance, supervision and support. We require someone with the ability to work independently.

You will have:

  • Strong leadership capability
  • Possess an understanding of reporting requirements
  • Previous experience from similar programs to draw upon

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
