“Full citizenship for all people living with a mental illness in Australian society”
This position will oversee the Sustaining Tenancies in Social Housing (STSH) program based in Neami Penrith/Seven Hills. The STSH program is aimed at working with clients whose tenancies are considered at risk that are referred by DCJ Housing. The program will assist the clients in understanding their needs and developing collaborative support plans to address their needs and the risk factors associated with their tenancies.
Our ideal candidate will have broad experience in the delivery of mental health support services and the ability to inspire, motivate and coach staff to deliver these. We seek an enthusiastic and positive person to provide practice guidance, supervision and support. We require someone with the ability to work independently.
