  • Classified at Corporate Support Services Level 4 $42.98 - $44.93 + 25% casual loading
  • Head Office, Preston (currently remotely due to COVID-19)

The Senior Payroll Project Administrator role provides payroll process, compliance and system technical expertise and leadership on payroll projects to enhance the quality of the processes, systems and reporting.

This role has a strong project delivery focus and requires an enquiring and articulate person with a high level of professionalism and integrity, positive attitude and team focus. Payroll operates as part of a Shared Services team working across both Neami National and Me Well.

To be successful in this position you will have/be:

  • Extensive and relevant technical payroll experience – processing, activities and projects
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of payroll processes and related policies, procedures and standards.
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of payroll concepts and activities including time and attendance rosters, award interpretation, superannuation legislation, employment related taxation and salary packaging.
  • Demonstrated ability in payroll systems – experience with TechnologyOne, iChris or EmpLive would be an advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Shows confidence, maturity, integrity and a high level of energy, enthusiasm and drive

Mandatory Requirements:
