The Senior Manager – Communications and Marketing will be instrumental in leading Neami’s strategic communications, brand building and advocacy initiatives. As a leader, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to enable effective communications and marketing solutions that support Neami to work towards its mission of better mental health and wellbeing outcomes in local communities.
The successful candidate will utilise exceptional communications skills to proactively support the engagement of Neami’s diverse workforce of 900+ staff located across five states, as well as key stakeholders spanning government, health and social impact sectors.
With the mental health sector undergoing a period of change, the Senior Manager – Communications and Marketing must be able to adapt, think strategically and look for new ways to be effective in a shifting landscape.
