  • Corporate Support Services Level 2 $57,960 - $63,239 (pro rata), Salary packaging

The Receptionist/Administrator position is responsible for ensuring an excellent ‘front of house’ experience to visitors and staff. The Receptionist will support and contribute high-quality services to staff by providing administrative support with excellent communication and great computer skills.

Duties include:

  • Front of house duties i.e. meet, greet and direct guests
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages and direct all enquiries to appropriate staff, other Neami sites or other agencies as required
  • Triage reception and finance email inboxes
  • Administrative duties

About You

To be successful in this position you will have/be:

  • Computer Literacy – including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; and with the ability to learn other systems and programs as required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to at times deal with difficult enquiries
  • Ability to work in a standalone front of house location
  • Autonomous, pro-active and outcome driven worth ethic
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines in a front of house environment

Mandatory Requirements
