Your New Role:

We are looking for a values-driven person to lead the front of house for our office which is located in East Victoria Park.

Working from the stand-alone front desk you will manage incoming calls, consumer visits and guests while completing a diverse range of administrative and ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the general office which includes both the WA State Senior Leadership team as well as service delivery teams.

You will take ownership of core administrative duties including:

  • Mail and courier processing
  • Maintaining stationary and office supplies
  • Petty cash and Taxi voucher supply
  • Triage, allocate and complete (if required) requests received via the WA senior leadership team
  • Assisting managers with recruitment admin duties
  • Distribution of marketing material
  • Processing of Staff ID cards

You will be an experienced administrator and articulate and friendly communicator. You will be very computer savvy and confident in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to quickly pick up new programs as required.

You will be self-sufficient and happy to work in a stand-alone environment where you use your ability to multi-task and prioritise work with competing deadlines with ease.
