About the role:

  • Part Time (0.6) Maximum Term Contract until 30 June 2020
  • $55,882 - $60,972 (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience
  • Flexible hours between Monday to Friday
  • Location across Rockingham and Mandurah

The Operational Support Officer contributes to the delivery of high quality services to consumers by ensuring that staff of the Southern Psychosocial Support Team (Southern Psychosocial Support Team (Neami Rockingham, Mandurah ACMH & NPSM program and East Victoria – NPSM program) receive administrative support that is flexible and responsive to their needs.

You will be responsible for carrying out daily operational support tasks which may include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices, ordering stationery and office supplier
  • Consumer database data entry
  • Coordinating site maintenance and coordinating meeting room, venue and catering bookings
  • Maintaining filing and archiving systems
  • Assisting operational support audit and compliance processes
  • Orienting new site staff to administrative systems
  • Performing reception duties
  • Providing basic IT help desk support for service site colleagues
  • Additional duties as required, depending on site needs – examples might include vehicle maintenance coordination and compiling information for reports to funders

What will you bring to the role?

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and analyse tasks
  • Sound communications skills both written and verbal
  • The necessary skills to build relationships with team members
  • Proven experience in being able to cope with change and adapt to ambiguous situations
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including email and internet) and proven experience working in a computerised environment

  • Drivers licence
