About the role:

  • Part Time – 2 days per week (flexible)
  • CSS Level 2 $57,960 – $63,239 (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience
  • Maximum Term Contract until 30 June 2021
  • Based at Broadmeadows (currently work from home)

The Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MaCNI) Operational Support Officer will support the delivery of care plan coordination services to consumers by supporting the Neami MaCNI Service Manager and MaCNI Care Plan Coordinators with administrative tasks.

The MaCNI team provides a time limited service response for people 16 years and over with a combination of needs who will benefit from intensive coordinated support to meet their needs and goals.

As an Operational Support Officer at MaCNI will be responsible for carrying out daily operational support tasks which may include:

  • Ordering stationery, IT equipment and office supplies
  • Credit card reconciliation, coding service provider invoices
  • Consumer database data entry
  • Maintaining filing and archiving systems
  • Assisting CPCs with audit and compliance processes
  • Orienting new site staff to administrative systems
  • Minute taking at complex care team meetings
  • Preparation of team meeting agendas and minutes
  • Additional duties as required, depending on site needs – examples might include compiling information for reports to funders, liaising with finance team, completing written documents such as typing up MaCNI processes for distribution to the team, arranging training sessions

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including email and internet) and proven experience working in a computerised environment
  • Great customer service skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and analyse tasks
  • Sound communications skills both written and verbal
  • The necessary skills to build relationships with team members
  • Proven experience in being able to cope with change and adapt to ambiguous situations

  • Australian Working Rights
  • Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
  • Valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check
  • Willingness to undergo Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme (DWES) check
