About the Role

  • Part Time, Maximum term contract until 30 June 2021
  • CSD Level 4 from $84,003 - $87,806
  • Neami East Victoria Park location

Neami National is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider. The introduction of NDIS marks a significant change in how disability services are funded, introducing a competitive market for disability services. In WA we currently deliver Support Coordination Cluster and Therapeutic Supports under NDIS, this allows our team to develop expertise in supporting people under the NDIS, and to tailor our way of working to make sure it’s suited to the NDIS.

You will be:

  • Providing supervisor, coaching and mentoring to staff within their teams to ensure the provision of high-quality support services
  • Assisting the team to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the service in consultation with consumers
  • Management and oversight of the team’s internal and external reporting obligations and required documentation
  • Participating actively in new initiatives to expand scope of service delivery to NDIS participants.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work (employee responsibility)
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence
  • Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
  • Suitable, registered, insured car to be available, if required for business use
