About the Role

  • Maximum Term Contract until April 2021
  • Location: Preston

We’re seeking a talented and passionate graphic designer to join one of Australia’s largest community mental health organisations. Working as part of the Communications and Marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in designing publications and digital solutions that engage key audiences and support our mission of improving mental health in local communities. The Design Officer will be proficient with Adobe software (InDesign in particular), and demonstrate experience developing successful print and digital publications, integrated campaigns and brand development.

Core duties

  • Design, layout and production of a range of print publications i.e. brochures, reports, signage, merchandise, advertising and service publications
  • Design and production of a range of digital publications and assets, such as email campaigns and newsletters, assets for the website and social media
  • Brand development and management, including logo design and taking a lead role in ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with Communications and Marketing team and key stakeholders from across the organisation to understand and interpret requirements, providing advice and support for design solutions
