The Southern Psychosocial Support service has been funded to provide the Adult Community Mental Health (ACMH) program across southern Perth. The Service Region extends from Kwinana to Mandurah area. As part of the Southern Team you may be required to work between Rockingham and Mandurah service delivery / office location.

About the Role

• Multiple roles available including Full Time and Part Time (0.8 FTE)
• Maximum Term contract until 30 June 2020
• CSD Level 2 from $61,529 - $66,116 per annum (pro rata)
• Work in a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and support workers
• Provide a range of rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs
• Work closely with consumers to address housing and immediate needs

Mandatory requirements:

• Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work (employee responsibility)
• Australian Working Rights
• Drivers licence
• Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
