About the Role

  • Full Time, Maximum term contract until 30 June 2021
  • CSD Level 2 from $ 63,670 - $68,264 per annum
  • Joondalup Location

The Northern Psychosocial Support service has been funded to provide the National Psychosocial Support Measure (NPSM) program across northern suburbs. As part of the Northern Team you may be required to work between Shenton Park and Joondalup service delivery / office location.

Work closely with clinical case managers and other community partner organisations to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumers

  • Provide a range of rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs
  • Facilitate group programs
  • Provide 1:1 supports

Mandatory requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work (employee responsibility)
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence
  • Police check (refer to PD) – disclosable outcomes considered
