“Full citizenship for all people living with a mental illness in Australian society”
The Allied Health Worker (Social Worker) - NDIS Transition role will be based at the Neami Hurstville site to deliver the Continuity of Support program (CoS). The role will focus on providing NDIS re-testing support to consumers in the CoS program assessed as requiring ongoing and higher levels of support.
