The opportunity

• National Positive Behaviour Support is a registered NDIS provider of behaviour support services.
• We are seeking an NDIS-registered behaviour support practitioner
• Possible 5+1 pathway for provisional psychologists

Role Requirements

• 2+ years experience in disability services
• Relevant qualifications and registered with NDIS as a behaviour support practitioner
• Demonstrated knowledge, experience and skills in behaviour support, including developing and implementing behaviour support plans
• Ability to build rapport and form relationships with a variety of stakeholders including individuals, families, carers, staff and other health professionals
• Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission requirements around restrictive practices
• Skills and experience in providing behaviour management strategies
