Nadrasca is seeking a tertiary-qualified and suitably experienced Accommodation Services Manager (ASM) to lead our Supported Independent Living and Outreach teams. If you have a track record in service excellence and person- and family-centred support, we want you to be a part of our growth journey! You will be well-versed in NDIS accommodation and support options and have proven financial management, people management and communication skills.

The ASM is responsible for the operations of our:

• Supported Independent Living (SIL) service, comprising seven homes to 32 residents; and
• Outreach service, supporting 17 tenants in a range of settings.
• Approximately 60 staff

Successful applicants will be required to have a current:

• National Disability Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate Level 2
• Victorian Drivers Licence
• International Police Check where applicable
