Community Legal Centres Australia (CLCs Australia) is the national peak body for the community legal sector across Australia. We are an independent, non-profit organisation established to support the community legal sector and ensure provision of free and accessible legal and related services to everyday people, including people experiencing discrimination and disadvantage.
Our members are the State and Territory peak bodies of community legal centres. Together, our organisations represent more than 170 community legal centres, Family Violence Prevention Legal Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services across Australia.
This role has overall responsibility for all ICT service area work.
This will include:
Leading the ICT service area and program workflow
Ensuring all ICT program work is aligned and delivered to organisational priorities in an efficient and effective manner
Providing high-quality services to the Community Legal Centres and the sector
Supervising ICT staff, contractors etc
Ensuring strong relationships with key sector stakeholders and managing vendors and contracts related to ICT
Risk identification, mitigation and management
Leading organisational policy and procedures development related to ICT
Ensuring compliance to external requirements, internal policies and procedures
Providing regular reporting to COO and CEO
Contributing to organisational wide systems and procedures
Salary range: $102-107,000 depending on experience.
Ten years of experience working in ICT service delivery for a database application including managing:
Digital competency including using the Microsoft 365 suite, MS Azure, MS SQL databases, JIRA or equivalent are required
Website development experience is desirable
Strong communications, collaboration and team leadership/coaching skills
Line management experience
Knowledge of or experience working in the community legal sector is preferred
Aligned to CLCs Australia values and organisational culture
Able to travel within Australia, and to undertake regulatory checks as required (eg Working with Children check)
Self-motivated with a strong track record in creating sustainable relationships. Ability to work well with a wide variety of people.
