NAAJA has an exciting Indigenous Throughcare Program which assists Aboriginal people leaving prison and youth detention through the provision of trauma informed and culturally aware pre and post release case management support.

NAAJA is seeking a Senior Youth Justice Worker to join our Alice Springs Youth Throughcare team. The position is initially available until 30 June 2021.

Successful applicants will have a commitment to providing access to justice and a demonstrated empathy and sensitivity to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, history and culture.
