NAAFLS has a vacancy for a well-organised, and enthusiastic Solicitor with a focus on enhancing the lives of our clients to join our legal team in the Darwin or Katherine Office.
You will hold, or be eligible for a restricted or unrestricted practising certificate in the Northern Territory. You will be working alongside an enthusiastic and dynamic team to deliver services to North Australian Aboriginal Family Legal Service clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate solid experience in a similar position, particularly working with aboriginal people in a social services environment. Experience providing best practice in family law and advocating for marginalised communities along with experience working collaboratively and developing rapport with a range of stakeholders including aboriginal people living in remote communities is required.
