Noah's Ark is a not-for-profit NDIS funded Early Childhood Intervention service providing support to children and their families with disabilities or developmental delays between ages 0-12.

Looking for a team environment? Due to business growth, our Horsham, Geelong and Ballarat Allied Health teams are seeking qualified and registered Speech Pathologists to join their teams.

THE ROLE

From day one...you will be led through a comprehensive Induction program supported 1-1 by our Practice Coaches. You will learn what it's like to work within an integrated and transdisciplinary model with your team to support and build on your clients goals.

After this no day is the same and our work is extremely rewarding. This includes:

  • Regular supervision, mentoring and coaching,
  • Professional development training (internal and external)
  • Bi-annual staff forums and seminars with international guest speakers
  • Opportunities to participate in research projects and leadership roles

As Key Worker the role involves clinical interventions and developing your experience by:

  • Building strong relationships with children and families to help them achieve their goals.
  • Working with a growing team of like minded people.
  • Providing clinical supports in area of expertise and beyond to children and their families.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by providing high quality service.

These roles are permanent, with full-time and part-time positions available.

ABOUT YOU

  • Practice driven with a focus on quality service delivery and achieving outcomes
  • Independently manages client load under hybrid service delivery model
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving practice methods and ways of working
  • Skilled in use of technology to support clients and work practices
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to facilitate change
