NDIS Provider Engagement Team Member

MyCareSpace
  • Permanent, Part Time

This role is ideal for someone who is socially minded and wants to make a difference in the disability community. It would suit someone who is ordered, efficient and skilled at data entry and importantly enjoys speaking with people (over the phone).

By joining us you will be able to see the impact you are having on the disability community – everything you do will have an impact and make people’s lives better.

You should be flexible and happy to work where you are most needed within the group. We are a small team that is growing exponentially this year and looking for people to grow with us. We value each other, treat each other with respect and do our best. We are a family that will support you, help you grow your skills and ability and help you achieve your personal best.

Life will never be boring or short of laughter.

About the Role

MyCareSpace is an online platform that connects people living with a disability, their family and carers with providers that have the skills and experience to help them reach their goals.

NDIS providers subscribe to MyCareSpace so they can connect with NDIS clients, support coordinators and NDIS LACs.

Our Provider Engagement Team perform a critical role in ensuring the success of MyCareSpace. Without providers, we have no options to offer people living with a disability.

By giving these providers the best possible chance of being successful, we are offering NDIS participants the ‘choice and control’ they deserve.

Be prepared to embrace each task as your own! Bring your ideas as to how we can do things better, faster and more efficiently. Be happy and prepared to engage and work as a team.
