Marra Worra Worra Aboriginal Corporation (MWW) is the oldest and largest Aboriginal Resource Agency in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Our primary aim is to provide support services to existing and emerging groups in the Fitzroy Valley; assisting in the areas of Employment, Housing, School Attendance and Financial services to promote Aboriginal employment, opportunities, well-being and financial growth.

MWW administers the Community Development Program (CDP) for over 800 job seekers throughout 32 remote Aboriginal communities in the Fitzroy Valley. We currently have a vacancy for Horticulturalist in our CDP team.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for assisting our remote communities establish their own sustainable fruit, vegetable, and bush tucker gardens.

About you:

The successful applicant will have a passion for gardening and teaching, with a minimum of 5 years general horticulturalist experience (preferably turf, nursery, vegetable, and fruit growing). You will also have experience working with regional or remote communities and/or diverse cultures.
