The Position - Qualified WHS Trainer and Assessor – Diploma qualified preferred

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced trainer and assessor to deliver 5 day Health & Safety Reps Courses and assess only Certificate IV/Diploma Work Health and Safety - this position is underpinned by end to end student service.

Selection Criteria

• Possess a TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment as a minimum.
• Possess a BSB41419 - Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum
• Work Safe endorsed safety trainer with a proven track record.
• A minimum of 4 years training delivery of 5 day Safety Reps Courses experience including assessing within WHS Cert IV/Diploma.
• Accustomed to blended delivery – face to face and supporting applicable self-paced learners
• Must be self driven with exemplary customer service and communication skills in a learning environment
• Ability to adapt to community service and or corporate sector participants is essential
• Ability to lead students in different vocational areas to reach individual industry context learning outcomes
• Strong leadership skills with a of humour
• A current Police Clearance will be required on successful
• Own reliable transport including current driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel to external corporate client business sites
