The Position - Qualified Trainer and Assessor – Assessing only (Diploma qualified)

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced trainer and assessor to assess Cert IV TAE 40116 assessment marking.  Our students submit their assessments within a user friendly Online Learning Management System.  Given this position is assessing only, some flexibility will be considered for those who are located elsewhere.

Selection Criteria

• Possess TAE50216 Diploma in Training design and Development or TAE50116 in Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
• A minimum of 5 years training delivery experience including delivery of TAE
• Must be self driven with exemplary customer service and communication skills in a learning environment
• Ability to adapt to community service and or corporate sector participants is essential
• Ability to lead students in different vocational areas to reach individual industry context learning outcomes
• Strong leadership skills with a of humour
