Murawin is experiencing a rapid period of growth & is seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Support Officer. The role will include a diverse range of tasks, including administrative support, coordinating of travel arrangements and meetings, assisting with coordinating company expenses and records, assessing company enquiries, and supporting the leadership and project teams as required.

This is a Full Time Fixed Term hybrid role, preferably based in NSW or QLD, consisting of 38 hours/week, with immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

This is a diverse, hands-on role that requires professionalism, interpersonal skills, energy, & attention to detail. The tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the entire consultancy, prioritising emergent requests from the Executive Leadership Team. This may include but is not limited to building, editing, and monitoring the back-of-house administrative elements of Murawin’s projects and systems.
  • Communication support: assist in assessing and coordinating company enquiries, including but not limited to responding to the company inbox, making calls, handling correspondence and interfacing with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Travel and logistics: organise both operational and project related travel arrangements and logistics, with scope to expand this activity to collaborate with a specialist travel partner.
  • Financial support: assist in budget tracking and monitoring operational and project expenses, including processing invoices, billing, receipts, and records.
  • Assist in internal and external event planning, scheduling, & implementation.
  • Contribute to project activities on a case-by-case basis. This may include but is not limited to assisting to facilitate workshops, interviews, conduct research or scribing, as requested by senior leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Operations Division, as well as across Murawin’s workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (or similar)
  • Demonstrated previous experience in administrative roles (minimum of 3 years)
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality as required
  • Sound knowledge of computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and the creation & management of database records
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare written documentation clearly and accurately
