Multicap Tasmania aims to improve the independence, confidence, and life skills of our clients in their homes as well as access to, and participation in their communities through the provision of high-quality supports and services.

Experience in planning and the delivery of high-quality supports in an NDIS environment, is highly desirable.

As a Disability Support Worker, you may be required to support a wide range of clients with varying disabilities, these supports may be delivered in Multicap Tasmania residential settings, or in a leisure lifestyle and learning programs. Opportunities to work weekends and overnight shifts also exist.

We require staff who will have the capacity to be part of a team, with a requirement to provide supports on a 24/7 roster.

These roles are offered as a casual with an opportunity to transition to permanent for the successful candidates.
