About the role

We are looking to recruit an experienced full-time Arts Studio Manager to join our Creative Arts Team at Multicap. In this exciting role you will take full responsibility for the day to day operations of the studio, covering everything from job coaching to the monitoring of production and design of product. This role will also be responsible for the planning and logistics of all Monte Lupo events and product placement in all retail outlets including internal and external retail outlets.

About you

To be considered for the position, you will ideally have a positive attitude and be able to work flexibly, including:

  • Pottery experience
  • Experience in developing and executing best practise and continuous improvement within the retail and studio environment
  • Knowledge and capacity to apply OH&S Principles in the workplace
  • Clear and concise leadership and communication skills, with previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a not-profit, community or social service environment (limited budget and resources).
  • Understanding of P&L budget reporting and guidelines.
  • Sound level of numeracy, literacy and computer skills including the ability to use email, software programs and spreadsheets

Mandatory requirement

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Right to work in Australia

Salary sacrifice + Meal entertainment

Pay negotiated based on experience.

Attractive Salary packaging including $15,900 packaging limit per FBT year (1 April- 31 March) and $2,550 per year for meals and entertainment expenses.
