The Continence Foundation of Australia provides support and advice to over 5 million Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and acts as an advocate for their interests. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health.
We are seeking a purpose driven, experienced project manager who has a desire to see lasting reform in the aged care sector.
As the lead in developing the implementation plan for the evidence based, best practice model of continence care, you will be able to engage and influence decision makers throughout the sector to provide dignified care for those living in residential aged care.
As project manager you will focus on the codesign of the implementation plan, engage appropriate stakeholders to participate in its application and advocate for it as a key component of the reform agenda.
