The Role

The role of Roster Coordinator schedules Care Support Workers to provide in-home services to our valued customers.  You are required to liaise with customers, carers, staff and other agencies to ensure the delivery of reliable, efficient and effective professional services to customers.

Key Duties:

  • Schedule and roster Support Workers and balance rosters to ensure quality service provision to customers.
  • Maintain the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering.
  • Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with Customer Care Plans.
  • Provide clear communication to support staff providing customer care services.
  • Deal with customer and carers’ enquiries regarding their support and services.

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues.
  • Elite administrative skills with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills for prioritising your own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Flexible approach to decision making and problem solving to innovatively resolve day-to-day operations issues.
  • Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace new technology solutions.
  • Previous experience in staff rostering and administration.
  • Current Police Clearance less than six months old (or willing to obtain)
