We are currently seeking applications for a Customer Liaison Coordinator to join us on a full time basis based in our Rockingham/Mandurah office. The Customer Liaison Coordinator is the main point of contact for our customers and their families and is central to assisting the Customer to achieve their defined goals.
This role introduces the Customer to MSWA services and provides a high level of support regarding the Customer’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) package. An important part of the role is the prompt and accurate coordination of customer services and budget – high-level customer service along with attention to detail are essential.
