MS Plus
  • New Executive role reporting to the CEO
  • An opportunity to drive strategy, growth, innovation and quality in a consumer-centric organisation
  • Provide inspirational people leadership on a journey of change
  • Not for profit but for purpose - making a real difference

MSL has been operating for more than 60 years helping people living with Multiple Sclerosis live well – in Victoria, Tasmania, NSW and ACT.

We provide evidence-based advice, information, education, employment support, and around the clock support through our residential care services, as well as contributing funds to MS research.

We are trusted experts in this field, but we are also growing and innovating. We are expanding our support for people with MS – wherever they live – as well as people with other neurological conditions.

We are embarking on a new strategic direction that will see us implementing a highly customer-centric operating model, expanding partnerships with medical and allied health specialists and building cutting edge Wellbeing Hubs for wholistic health and well-being support.

Many of the services we provide are outside the NDIS and, in fact, make the biggest difference in the lives of people with MS, their families, friends and employers. So, we have created a new role for an experienced Executive to lead their growth, development and innovation.

The Executive Manager, Client Engagement and Well-being will lead our customer and community engagement programs, and organisational quality initiatives ensuring best practice informs customer-centric service design and delivery.

As well as a great job working with an engaged and dedicated team, we offer attractive benefits including generous salary packaging and purchased leave.

Are you passionate about purpose, commercially minded with business-development experience, customer focused and a collaborative leader who loves a challenge?

Do you have a tertiary qualification in a health-related field and clinical experience in supporting people living with neurological conditions together with extensive executive management experience? If so, we’d like to talk with you about joining us on our journey.

MS is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from people with a lived experience of disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
