About the Job

MRC Tas is seeking a dynamic, inventive and high performing Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator to join our Strategy and Development Team. This role will increase the capacity of our unique not-for-profit organisation to provide targeted and meaningful services for multicultural communities. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and coordinating stakeholder engagement strategies
• Identifying and actively seeking out alternate revenue opportunities
• Fostering innovation to support organisational sustainability
• Enhancing MRC Tas reputation for quality service development and delivery;

The successful applicant will be experienced in building relationships, with strong communication skills and a passion for working with purpose. Previous experience with stakeholder engagement, business development in the not for profit sector, and/or proven success in grant / tender writing will be beneficial.
