We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN), Victoria's largest independent, locally governed and run, not-for-profit PHN, dedicated to improving primary health care in our community.
NWMPHN is supporting the Australian Digital Health Agency to encourage health professionals to sign and up and engage with My Health Record.
My Health Record is a secure online summary of health information. Key benefits of the system include:
Following on from other My Health Record Projects, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Project Officer to meet with medical specialists in our region to encourage use of the system by building awareness and understanding.
The Project Officer will deliver key projects and activities to encourage adoption of My Health Record by medical specialists, and provide up-skilling / education in relation to the meaningful use of the system.
