The Insight and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, specialist data insights and evaluation services to inform and improve the design and delivery of NWMPHN commissioned services; support NWMPHN's strategic direction; and help communicate the outcomes and value of the services provided to the community and our stakeholders.
You are a highly motivated person with well-developed skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and evaluation in busy health and human service organisations. You also have highly developed problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and can foster collaborative and influential relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Critical to your success in this role will be your enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with others and you will demonstrate strong coaching and facilitation skills, and an ability to engage staff and build their capacity in analytics and evaluation approaches.
We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN), Victoria's largest independent, locally governed and run, not-for-profit PHN, dedicated to improving primary health care in our community.
PHNs have been established with the key objectives of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes; and improving coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place, at the right time.
