About the role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising Development, you’ll work cross functionally to help create and execute Movember’s fundraising and donation products. You’ll project manage all aspects of the product development process. You’ll have your finger on the pulse within the fundraising sector and a great understanding of consumer behaviour, providing insight-rich reporting and to ensure all our fundraising products deliver a remarkable experience to Movember supporters globally.

You’ll have the opportunity to

  • Create the roadmap for development and delivery of fundraising products to support the achievement of revenue, registration & retention targets.
  • Project manage various internal departments, stakeholders and external contractors to deliver on plans, ensuring that all milestones and timings are met.
  • Contribute to optimisation plans that reflect a test and learn approach to product development.
  • Support optimisation of supporter experience & stewardship journeys for each product and work with key teams to bring this to life.
  • Conduct proactive supporter research and gather external market intelligence within and outside of the non profit sector.
  • Gather high-quality, actionable insights that lead to product improvements.
  • Adopt a data driven, test and learn approach to decision making, keeping the supporter at the heart of decisions and development.

For this role, you’ll need

  • 3-5 years fundraising experience, ideally having worked with donors & digital experiences.
  • Experience managing fundraising products or campaigns.
  • Experience with supporter journey development.
  • The ability to read & interpret data and make decisions based on insights.
  • Exceptional administration and organisational skills, including strong written communication skills.
  • A practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across a multi-functional team.

Bonus points for

  • Experience in project management and delivering projects to timelines.
