Are you looking to make a positive impact in the lives of older people in the community? Are you interested in developing innovative programs using, music, art and movement for people experiencing memory loss?
We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills. You will have an understanding of Commonwealth Home Support Programs (CHSP) and Individual Support Plan development as well as dementia and memory loss.
