Position Summary

To facilitate the development of relationship-based outreach and charitable external facing community development work for Mosaic Baptist Church in partnership with Mosaic Life Care.

The applicant will either be accredited as a pastor with the NSW/ACT Baptist Association or be willing to undertake the accreditation process (if transferring from interstate or another denomination) or recognition process (if ineligible for accreditation).

The position is part-time (0.8 FTE) This is negotiable for the right candidate.

The Community Development Pastor role is a new position as part of a new entity.
