Moove & Groove is a for-purpose organisation focused on creating a positive impact and wellbeing in the lives of Older Australians. Launched in 2019 the Moove & Groove program provides seniors with immersive audio and visual experiences in Aged Care homes and communities using silent disco technology.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will gain experience and exposure in all areas of the business, key responsibilities to include:

Managing all aspects of our CRM (Zoho):

  • Setting up and managing new clients
  • Working with GM/head of sales to manage workflows
  • Generating client reports and analysing data as required
  • Assisting GM in client management

Marketing and communications development and implementation:

  • Social media management with a focus on driving brand influence and relevant audience growth; including content creation, commentary on industry posts and data-driven campaign analysis (primary focus is LinkedIn with secondary focus on IG and FB)
  • Client communications including Newsletters and internal program comms
  • Seasonal content creation for the M&G platform

Operational management:

  • Assisting training team with on-going development and optimisation of program training modules
  • Assisting operations manager with daily tasks as required

Skill and Experience Required

  • Strong writing and verbal abilities an absolute must (B2B and B2C)
  • Proactive problem solving and can do attitude
  • Ability to self manage and work autonomously
  • Client management
  • Ability to remain organised and agile within a fast paced environment
  • Social media management with track record of building audiences (LinkedIn, Instagram and FaceBook)
  • Presentation building
  • CRM software experience (ZOHO preferred)

Qualifications

  • BA Marketing or related degree

Terms

This a great entry-level role for a quick and passionate learner who wants to work in a purpose-driven business.

Starting hours are 20 hours per week - with an opportunity to grow into full time after a 3-month trial.

Initially, you will be engaged as a contractor on a $25 hourly rate.

The role is a blend of remote and in office. You are required to spend 2 days per week in our office in Chatswood NSW.
