Monash University Student Union (MONSU) Peninsula is the undergraduate student association at Monash University Peninsula Campus. MONSU Peninsula aims to enhance the university experience of students through a variety of regular events, services and support programs including student clubs & societies. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our fun and passionate team at the beautiful Peninsula campus located in Frankston.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Clubs & Admin Coordinator, your main responsibilities include facilitating the establishment of clubs, undertaking club training, and assisting with club events (both on and off campus) while responding to all incoming customer enquiries within a timely manner. You will also be responsible for general club administration and general club enquiries. This is a part time position (28 hours a week) for a fixed term of 12 months commencing mid - late January.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Enthusiasm for working with and for students in the tertiary environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to the provision of high-level customer service.
  • Experience with community clubs or volunteer organisations.
