The Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our External Relations, Development and Alumni (ERDA) team in this unique, invigorating position that will enable you to combine your technical prowess with your passion for giving back and making a difference. Your key duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Identification and design of business process improvement projects across the ERDA business, with a view to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our use of Salesforce and Ascend (UniCRM Engage)
  • Design and delivery of Salesforce/Ascend training sessions for different stakeholder groups to ensure upskilling and correct use of UniCRM Engage
  • Working with other business units across the University to maximise data visibility, and ensure data integrity is upheld at all times
  • Mentoring Data Integrity and Research Administrators with a focus on operational efficiency and service excellence.

About YOU!

This is truly a role where you can make a difference. You will have demonstrated experience using Salesforce in a large and complex organisation, and have demonstrated ability to learn and navigate technical systems efficiently. Experience in delivering training on technical systems to non-technical stakeholders is key, as is the ability to confidently liaise with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have experience in managing business process improvement projects. Although not essential, any experience in higher education, particularly in philanthropy or alumni engagement, will be an advantage.
