We have an exciting new opportunity to join our External Relations, Development and Alumni (ERDA) team in this unique, invigorating position that will enable you to combine your technical prowess with your passion for giving back and making a difference. Your key duties will include but not be limited to:
This is truly a role where you can make a difference. You will have demonstrated experience using Salesforce in a large and complex organisation, and have demonstrated ability to learn and navigate technical systems efficiently. Experience in delivering training on technical systems to non-technical stakeholders is key, as is the ability to confidently liaise with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have experience in managing business process improvement projects. Although not essential, any experience in higher education, particularly in philanthropy or alumni engagement, will be an advantage.
