Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing over 18,000 people across a range of specialities. The Southern Dual Diagnosis Service covers the whole of the Southern Metropolitan region which is broadly divided into Adult and Youth Service provision. The services aim is to improve treatment outcomes for individuals who have a co-existing mental health and substance use issue. Our high functioning multidisciplinary team work from Thomas St Dandenong and sits within the Monash Health Drug and Alcohol Service, within the Mental Health Program of Monash Health.
A number of exciting opportunities exist for highly experienced dual diagnosis clinicians to be part of the Southern Dual Diagnosis Services (VDDI funded). These positions include full time, permanent positions in which the clinician will have extensive experience in both mental health and alcohol and other drug services and will support key stakeholders around their implementation of dual diagnosis as core business across the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug and Mental Health Community Support Services sectors within the South East region.
