ABOUT THE ROLE

In this you role you will provide effective financial management, governance and administrative support to Momentum Collective operating divisions of the organisation. This position will allow you to use your accounts and financial management skills, along with your excellent customer service skills and will provide an opportunity to learn and grow with our growing organisation.

It is envisaged that this role will initially involve some project work, with regard to Procurement, alongside your regular tasks.

Working with Momentum means you’ll be part of an organisation which creates positive and lasting change in people’s lives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Business and/or relevant experience in Accounts Payable;
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, and customer service in a fast paced, contemporary environment;
  • Demonstrated experience in Procurement would be highly regarded;
  • Demonstrated experience utilising automated invoice processing software;
  • Administration of automated invoice processing software would be highly regarded;
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, be self-directed and work with minimal supervision;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing of financial transactions;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the nature of sensitive information and the importance of complete confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in the use of Tier 2 & 3 ERP systems, including MYOB;
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills including the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Specific to Excel: Capturing and recording important data, using shortcuts and formula functions, building charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilising pivot tables;
  • Able to undertake a range of activities requiring the application of established work procedure;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and their support networks, fellow team members, the community and other stakeholders.
  • Current unencumbered driver's licence
  • Evidence of COVID19 vaccination
