This role is responsible for overseeing the work of the Rostering and Administration Team. You will provide a wide range of administrative and operational supports in an organised and timely manner including but not limited to administration for rostering, asset management and project management.
Ideally you will have experience working within a management role in an organisation that provides a 24/7 care service. You will have the ability to navigate NDIS and my Aged Care systems (eg Carelink, NDIA Myplace) and be able to juggle projects and deadlines. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be a capable leader. This role may require occasional after hours work on weekends.
