Molonglo Support Services is a not-for-profit community based organisation providing holistic domestic violence and homelessness support services, which has operated in Queanbeyan / Palerang and the region for over 40 years.  

We are currently seeking applications from experienced, compassionate and motivated candidates to join a small supportive team working 32 hours per week as a Domestic Violence Specialist Worker for Louisa Domestic Violence Service. Louisa Domestic Violence Services provides support, accommodation, and outreach to women, children and men escaping domestic violence.  

Duties include:

  • Strength based case management, information, advocacy and referrals for women escaping domestic violence
  • Supporting clients, as well as group facilitation
  • Accompanying clients to court, Centrelink and other agencies when appropriate
  • Database entry
  • Undertake on-call duties (afterhours) as negotiated on a roster basis with the service

Current driver's licence, ability to provide a NSW Working with Children Check and current police check are essential. 

SCHCADS Level 4 including paid lunch breaks + PBI Salary Packaging available
