In this newly created role within the Senior Leadership team (reporting to the Chief People Officer), you'll have strategic and practical accountability of the digital strategy across MOIRA. Yes, it's digital marketing management but it's also so much more. We want you to take a seat at the table!   

About the role

  • Work with the Senior Leadership team to set and implement the digital strategy across MOIRA
  • Drive growth in awareness, engagement and performance across marketing, social media channels and communication through delivery of consistent creative content and innovative campaigns
  • Significant stakeholder management both internally and externally
  • Measure and report performance of all digital and social marketing campaigns
  • Lead and develop a small team of Brand Engagement officers
  • Provide hands on leadership and digital marketing expertise across the organisation 

About you

MOIRA moves quickly, so you'll need to be agile, committed and open to new ideas.  

You are also:

  • Customer focused and digital centric
  • Motivated, and a team player with loads of energy
  • Highly skilled with demonstrated experience and knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Able to plan and execute simultaneously
  • Experienced in leading a team and delivering operational objectives as a marketing manager
  • Tertiary qualified in marketing, business or other related field
