Why did we get involved?

Government-funded health and home care programs are harder than they should be. Trying to administer a complex funding package with all its compliance can be a real burden for people already struggling with daily living.

Our mission is to provide the ultimate in Choice and Control for people with disability and the elderly, ensuring no one gets left behind.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our expanding Customer Success Team to identify and win referral partners across the aged and disability sectors. You will have a proven track record in winning and account managing B2B partnerships.

You believe in and can share the mobility vision of improving the way care is delivered and look forward to helping build a national platform servicing thousands of Clients, Workers and Providers.

You must have strong interpersonal skills, experience in networking, building and nurturing effective relationships. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of ‘who's who’ in the disability and/or aged sectors.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Identify and connect with individuals, groups, organisations and intermediaries that have influence across the two sectors.
  • Identify community and industry events to present the mobility offering to drive awareness and garner referrals.
  • Build a network of contacts within the sector.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and up to date information (flyers) to identified partners.
  • Develop and initiate quarterly communication updates to referral partners.

What does success look like in the role?

  • Growth targets are being met.
  • Regular presentations to potential partners and their networks that result in referrals.
  • Referrals to other organisations/groups/individuals.
  • Local influencers requesting information to be shared with their networks.

The person we are looking for:

  • The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and excited by achieving and exceeding growth targets.
  • Proven experience in building referral relationships with partners.
  • A drive to contribute to the success of mobility and go the extra mile for our customers.
  • Thrive on having clear KPI’s and achieving targets.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service, providing clients with options and solutions.
  • Familiarity and or contacts in the disability and aged sector across local area co-ordinators, Support Co-ordinators and the like an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • You Value diversity and are always respectful.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and confident in facilitating small and large groups.
  • Capacity to work flexibly (i.e. attend events on weekends occasionally if required).
  • Ability to travel nationally.
  • You can 'think on your feet' and have a non-judgmental, calming nature.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and problem solve.
  • A strong sense of accountability, taking ownership for actions and achieving desired results.
  • Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
  • The ability to use multiple technology platforms and systems.
