Would you be committed to working together for the best possible life for people living with Motor Neurone Disease? MND NSW is seeking applications for this position. This role will assist people with MND to activate and manage their NDIS plan and engage with a range of mainstream and disability providers to optimise outcomes for people with MND.

This position offers variety together with excellent and flexible working conditions.

These positions will cover:

• The Greater Sydney Region – based in Gladesville (38 hours)

Do you have:

• Tertiary health, disability or community care related qualifications
• A sound understanding of person centred approaches and person centred planning
• High level problem solving skills, able to use initiative and work with minimal
  supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A current NSW driver’s licence and car

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided
